This store is operated by Pokas Store under the PKS Store storefront. References to “we,” “us” and “our” mean Pokas Store. These terms apply to use of pokasstr.com and purchases made through its checkout.

Using the store

You must be able to enter into a purchase agreement under the rules applicable where you live. You may not use this service for unlawful purposes or interfere with its security or operation.

Products and presentation

Products are described on the collection and product-detail pages. Product images are studio renders showing the intended design. Screen settings may affect how colors appear. Confirm the model, color and size before ordering, and contact us if you need further information.

Prices and orders

Prices on this storefront are displayed in US dollars. The current collection is priced at US$39.90 per jersey. Review the final amount, currency, delivery information and any applicable charges at checkout before authorizing payment.

You agree to provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information. We may decline or cancel orders where there is a payment issue, suspected fraud, an obvious listing error or an inability to supply the product. If payment has been collected for an order we cannot fulfill, we will contact you regarding the resolution.

Payment

Payments are processed through Whop and available payment partners. The payment options displayed at checkout govern what is available for your transaction. Do not submit payment information through email or support messages.

Delivery, cancellations and refunds

Our shipping policy and returns and refund policy form part of these terms. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Items are made to order, so cancellation and return conditions are important to review before purchasing.
