How we handle your information.

PKS Store at pokasstr.com is operated by Pokas Store. This notice describes how we use information when you browse, order, pay or contact our support team.

Information we process

• Contact and delivery details you provide, such as name, email, postal address and telephone number where requested.
• Order information, including products, sizes, quantities, payment status and customer-service communications.
• Technical information used to run and protect the service, such as browser and device information, IP address, session identifiers and relevant interaction or attribution data.

Why we use it

We use information to operate the store, remember your shopping bag, process payments, fulfill orders, send order updates, respond to requests, prevent fraud, maintain security and meet record-keeping obligations. Where permitted and subject to applicable choices or consent, information may also be used for analytics and marketing.

Payments and service providers

Payments are processed through Whop. Payment details entered in the payment component are handled by the payment provider. We receive payment status and the information needed to reconcile and fulfill your order.

We work with service providers for hosting, payment processing, order management, delivery and customer communications. These include Whop for payments, Shopify for order operations and Klaviyo for customer communications where enabled. Providers may process information according to their own privacy notices. Delivery information is shared with fulfillment partners and carriers as needed to ship your order.

Cookies and local storage

The storefront uses local storage to remember your shopping bag. The checkout and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for sessions, payment functionality, fraud prevention, analytics and attribution. Browser controls let you manage cookies and storage, although restricting them may affect checkout features.

We limit optional referrer and campaign data shared through our checkout integration. This does not mean that payment providers collect no technical or transaction information.

Retention and security

We retain information as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, comply with applicable obligations and resolve disputes. We use security measures appropriate to the service, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Processing may take place in countries other than your own through our service providers.

Your choices and requests

You can use the unsubscribe option in marketing emails. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity and retain records where required.
