PKS Store orders are fulfilled by Pokas Store. Our products are made to order, and production begins as quickly as possible. Please review these conditions and confirm your size before purchasing.
Cancellations

| 24–48 hours after purchase | 80% refund; a 20% processing fee applies because production is underway. |
| After 48 hours or once production has started | Cancellation is no longer available under our standard policy. Applicable mandatory rights remain unaffected. |
Email your cancellation request and order number to contato@pokas-store.com as soon as possible.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, has a manufacturing defect or is not what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos or video. We will review the issue and, when approved, arrange a replacement or refund.
Please wait for our return authorization and instructions before shipping an item back. Unapproved returns cannot be processed under our standard returns procedure.
Size and change-of-mind returns
Because items are made to order, our standard policy does not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or fit preferences, change of mind, or event outcomes. Please contact us for sizing assistance before ordering if you are unsure.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after receipt, or are missing original tags or packaging, are not eligible under our standard return policy. Personalized items, if separately offered and ordered, are non-refundable after 24 hours.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase under applicable law.
